Wow! Fearless! I think your choices show full and consistent commitment to the style you have been talking about throughout your blog, so I think you are going to pull it off. I love the floor tile base and I think that sets everything up for success. The wavy tile is great. I had noticed that tile before (maybe on Myaree ceramics website?) Personally I like ocean waves more than waterfalls, but waterfalls might suit your garden view better. No marble kitchen bench? What will become of your pastry making? BTW, I’ve been meaning to tell you that our local hairdressers has the (framed) mirror on (unframed) mirror look. It’s very glamorous, with gold ornate frames and a chandelier nearby. It works particularly, in their case, because of the repetition of several frames.
Thanks Jo! I know you put as much or probably more thought into your tile selections too, so I’m glad you like it. We decided against the marble bench for practical reasons, but the caesarstone should perform just as well.
Ooh! Would you mind taking a photo of the hairdresser’s salon for me? I’d love to see an actual example, haven’t been able to find one on google.
Next time I go! I try to avoid it, so I’ll see if they have some pics online.
Great colour palette, youll be able to add any pops of colour you like! Love the laundry splashback tile
Thanks Leanne, that’s the idea! 🙂
